The 2012 Michigan Film Gala Aims to Usher in the Return of Motown
Dreams will come true for filmmakers, actors, writers, musicians and fans alike! Throughout the Midwest, they will gather for what WWJ CBS RADIO is calling "the event you do not want to miss" and Bill McKinney, CEO of Global Picture Studios can not wait to grant the first wish. "It's nothing like walking into the new year with the momentum of having connections, and that's what we want to do. We want to make sure people are connected with people both inside and outside, and maintain and strengthen that bridge from LA to Detroit."
McKinney, is talking about the 2012 Annual MFilm Gala: Return of Motown. This year, Global Picture Studios has teamed-up with JR Galactic Casting to promote the Gala on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 7pm – 2am at The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, 315 East Warren Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201 VIP ticket holders have full access to the Gala's red carpet segment, dinner, celebrity panel discussion with meet/greet and at 10:00pm – 2:00am the party with a purpose swings into full gear as Global Picture Studios announces the development of their non profit youth serving organization. The Executive Director is Amyra McKinney.
